To guarantee your satisfaction and long-term reliability, we provide a 12-month smartwatch warranty for all Galax smartwatches and fitness trackers.
This warranty covers both wholesale and OEM/ODM custom orders purchased through our official channels.


1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies to the following products and components:

  • All smartwatch models manufactured by Galax (Bluetooth, GPS, and waterproof series).
  • OEM/ODM customized devices produced under Galax supervision.
  • Fitness trackers and accessories such as charging cables and straps (limited coverage).

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.


2. What Is Covered

Galax will repair or replace a product free of charge if it shows defects in:

  • Internal hardware (mainboard, sensors, display, or chip).
  • Battery or charging function malfunction under normal use.
  • Waterproof or GPS failure caused by factory defects.
  • Bluetooth connectivity issues due to internal component failure.

Our warranty ensures that all smartwatch OEM/ODM partners and wholesale clients receive dependable, long-term quality assurance.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, drops, or unauthorized repair.
  • Physical damage, scratches, cracks, or water intrusion caused by misuse.
  • Software or app issues due to third-party installations.
  • Normal wear and tear of straps, glass, or external casing.
  • Products that have been modified, relabeled, or resold without Galax authorization.

Customized items (logo engraving, private watch faces, packaging, or firmware modifications) are covered only for quality defects in materials or assembly.


4. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  2. Evaluation
    Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide guidance on return or repair options.

    If necessary, ship the defective product to our authorized service address. Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the item and send it back as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center.
  • If the issue is confirmed as a factory defect, Galax will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For non-warranty cases (e.g., accidental damage), repair or replacement costs will be quoted before proceeding.
